MIDDLE SCHOOL - HUME WINTER CAMP TRIP 2026

Please keep Pastor Justin, volunteers and the 56 middle school students in prayer as they continue to have a great time and prepare to return home on Monday. We thank God for the work He is doing, and a special thank you to everyone who gave to the scholarship fund, your generosity made this trip possible.

LENT OPENING SERVICE | FEB. 18th | 5:15 PM

Join us as we begin the Lenten season together, a time of reflection, repentance, and spiritual renewal.  This is a special service to kick off Lent.  Please note: There will be no meal this Wednesday.  Groups will meet at 6 PM. as usual.  

WINTER COMMUNITY NIGHTS | FEB. 18th | 6 PM

Small groups for all ages:  adults, youth, kids, and teens plus childcare provided. Come grow in faith and community together!

CONTINUOUS EVENTS!

GRIEFSHARE  - GriefShare is a 13-week, faith-based program to help you recover from the death of a loved one (e.g. spouse, parent, child, sibling, best friend). After such a loss, many people may experience profound sadness, feel lost and confused themselves, and/or lonely. GriefShare provides a structured program developed by more than fifty grief experts, both pastors and counselors, and includes weekly videos and individual workbooks with exercises and scripture passages to help you navigate your grief journey. It all takes place in a safe, supportive and confidential group atmosphere and is led by others who have traveled their own grief journey.  Class meets from 10:30 am to 12 noon each Sunday in Room 10. Child care is available through the nursery. Group leaders are Peggy McGraw and Layne Lorenzo.

CELEBRATE RECOVERY - Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program for those struggling with hurts, habits, and hang-ups of any kind. It is a safe place to find community and freedom from the issues that are controlling our lives. It is not meant to “fix” the problem, but to offer encouragement, strength, and hope in the midst of the struggle. Join us every Wednesday night at 6:15pm.

WELCOME LUNCH - Are you interested in joining the church as a member or finding ways to get more involved and serve? On the second Sunday of each month, join us for lunch in the Fellowship Hall following the 10:30 service. For more information or to RSVP, click HERE.

BAPTISM OR PROFESSION OF FAITH - If you are interested in getting baptized, making a profession of faith, baptizing your baby, or dedicating your baby/child; please fill out a Connect Card or notify the church office at info@ccchowchilla.com to speak to a pastor.
